Provided is a two-dimensional phased-array antenna with a simple configuration, capable of reducing the number of control systems and the number of control input ports in phase control of an antenna element. This phased-array antenna is provided with: a plurality of antenna elements that are arranged in a first direction and a second direction intersecting with the first direction; a plurality of frequency mixers that respectively supply transmission signals of a prescribed transmission frequency (f) to the plurality of antenna elements; and a means that, on the basis of three input signals that can be controlled in frequency and that have different frequencies from one another, generates a plurality of first signals to be mixed having a prescribed first phase difference (Δφ1) between the antenna elements adjacent to each other in the first direction, and a plurality of second signals to be mixed having a prescribed second phase difference (Δφ2) between the antenna elements adjacent to each other in the second direction, and supplies the plurality of first signals to be mixed and the plurality of second signals to be mixed to the plurality of frequency mixers.
