The present disclosure provides methods and compositions for immunotherapy utilizing modified T cells or NK cells that contain receptors that bind to a newly identified tumor antigen that may be administered to a patient for a disease (e.g., cancer) treatment. The polynucleotides and vectors encoding it are also described.
