PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase operation efficiency when plural cut-off pieces of rolled sushi are arranged in one set and transferred.SOLUTION: A continuous production apparatus of rolled sushi of this invention comprises: a laver (hereinafter, "Nori") feeding reel 11 that feeds belt-like Nori onto a first transport conveyor 10; a rice feeding section 12 that feeds a tabular piece of rice onto the belt-like Nori; a topping conveyor 10a that places sushi ingredients onto the tabular piece of rice; a roll forming section 13 that winds and fastens a stack consisting of the belt-like Nori, the tabular piece of rice, and the sushi ingredients to form long-shaped rolled sushi R along with conveying operation of the first transport conveyor 10; a cutter section 14 that cuts off the long-shaped rolled sushi R into a predetermined length, the rolled sushi being wound and fastened by the roll forming section 13; a second transport conveyor 20 that transports the rolled sushi R cut-off by the cutter section 14; and a control section S that executes controlling a transport speed of the second transport conveyor 20 to be higher only for a predetermined period of time than a transport speed of the first transport conveyor 10 every time the number of cut-off pieces of the rolled sushi R reaches a predetermined number.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
