A conductive high polymer composite permanent magnet conductive contact and a manufacturing method therefor. The contact consists of a sleeve, a conductive core, and a coil; a magnetic core in the conductive core is a conductive core with a silver layer coated on a surface; the composite structure in the conductive core is formed by packaging and curing neodymium-iron-boron magnetic powder and graphite powder by means of a blended adhesive of polypropylene and starch-grafted sodium acrylate; the coil is an aniline modified carbon fiber aluminum core composite wire wound on an inner surface of the sleeve. The contact is soft, light in weight, anti-fatigue, impact-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and good in fit.
