A cold deformed and adjusted nanocomposite permanent magnet conductive contact and a manufacturing method therefor, said permanent magnet conductive contact consisting of 3 parts: a fixing sleeve, a core body, and a coil, wherein said core body has as raw material, in parts by weight, 6-8 parts neodymium, 3.5-4.5 parts molybdenum, 100-110 parts ferroboron FeB22C0.05, and 5-7 parts yttrium, said materials are mixed and subject to multiple subsequent cold pressure deformation adjustments and annealing, and an alloy ultimately obtained serves as a core, and pure copper serves as a casing, thereby obtaining a composite core body, the composite core body being sleeved inside the fixing sleeve; the coil is formed by an aniline modified carbon fiber aluminum core composite wiring wrapped around a surface of the core body, said coil being wrapped around an inside surface of the fixing sleeve. The present invention has a high Curie temperature, good thermostability, and is corrosion resistant and anti-oxidant.
