PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle action predicting device and method capable of accurately predicting a period of time before the vehicle arrives at the vicinity of an object, and a learning method using a neural network for predicting the vehicle action.;SOLUTION: There is provided a vehicle action predicting device which has a neural network having previously learned so as to output vehicle information in future on the basis of past image information and past vehicle information, and a learning unit which predicts vehicle information of a plurality of patterns of a specific vehicle in the future on the basis of the past image information and past vehicle information of the specific vehicle.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
