According to the present invention, a light emitting unit that emits light by a control operation and a sound unit that makes a specific sound at a certain time are provided on a drop installed at the rear end of an arrow, so that the fired arrow can be easily found even at night or in a dark environment. As relates to, the sounding luminous lock according to the present invention, a cylindrical battery provided with a long rod-shaped (-) terminal at the front end, the outer cylinder of the cylindrical shape is a (+) terminal; an arrow assembly detachably encased in the cylindrical battery and inserted into the distal end of the arrow in a state in which the cylindrical battery is embedded; a light emitting unit installed in front of the arrow assembly and emitting light by receiving power from the cylindrical battery; a sound unit connected to the light emitting unit and installed to receive power from the cylindrical battery to generate a constant sound; a sound control unit for controlling the sound unit to generate a sound by the sound unit after a predetermined period of time has elapsed after the light is emitted by the light emitting unit; a power supply unit installed between the light emitting unit and the sound unit and the cylindrical battery, and intermittently transmitting power of the cylindrical battery to the light emitting unit and the sound unit; and a bow string hooking part that is detachably coupled to the arrow assembly in a state in which the light emitting unit, the sound unit, the sound control unit, and the power supply unit are inserted therein.
