The present invention relates to a device for treating hematomas of brain tissue and other body tissues, and is particularly suitable for use via a cannula. The device includes a cauterization probe for sealing intracerebral blood vessels, a maceration structure for breaking the hematoma, and suction features for removing the macerated hematoma debris from the body.
