An optical biometric characteristic sensor comprising: a sensing substrate having adjacent first and second light sensing elements; an optical module layer positioned on the sensing substrate and including at least a light blocking layer including first and second optical holes adjacent to each other, and a light-transmitting support layer on the light blocking layer and located in the first and second optical holes; and at least a plurality of micro lenses positioned on the optical module layer, wherein the plurality of micro lenses include adjacent first micro lenses and second micro lenses, wherein the first micro lenses receive forward light from the object. Condensing light to reach the first light sensing element through the optical module layer and the first optical hole, the light blocking layer, the oblique light from the object passes through the second microlens and the optical module layer to the light blocking layer It has a predetermined thickness so as not to enter into the first optical hole and the first optical sensing element while touching the upper surface.
