The present invention relates to a liver fibrosis mouse model in which the GOLGA2 gene is knocked out, a composition for preparing the liver fibrosis mouse model, a method for preparing a liver fibrosis mouse model, and a screening method for inhibiting or treating liver fibrosis. When the GOLGA2 gene knockout liver fibrosis mouse model according to the present invention is used, there is an advantage that a model in which fibrosis is induced in the entire region of the liver due to a genetic mutation without serious lesion of the liver tissue can be used. In addition, the model can be used in various ways as a model for the study of the association between Golgi abnormal morphology, autophagy and liver fibrosis, and can be used as an animal model for screening a therapeutic agent for genetic-based liver fibrosis rather than chemical-based liver fibrosis.
