The present invention relates to a liver fibrosis mouse model having GOLGA2 genes knocked out, a composition for manufacturing the liver fibrosis mouse model, a manufacturing method of a liver fibrosis mouse model, and a screening method of agents for inhibiting or treating the liver fibrosis. According to the present invention, the liver fibrosis mouse model having GOLGA2 gene knocked out has an advantage of using a model having fibrosis in an entire portion of the liver due to genetic variation without a severe lesion in liver tissues. In addition, the model may be used as a model for correlation research among abnormal forms of Golgi apparatus, autophagocytosis and liver fibrosis, and as an animal model for screening a treatment of genetic-based liver fibrosis, not chemical-based liver fibrosis.
