PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convex surfaced transparent heater that can suppress generation of hot spots in spite of having a transparent conductive film, which is easily formed on a convex surfaced base material, and can secure a large number of regions including a top face as heat generation regions, a product having the heater, and a method for manufacturing the heater.;SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a transparent conductive film 3 on the surface of a transparent convex surfaced base material 2 with a top face; a pair of band electrodes 4 on the transparent conductive film 3 facing each other, both ends of each band electrode 4 being arranged near the edge part of the transparent conductive film 3, the center part of each band electrode bending to protrude to the top face, the transparent conductive film 3 having a pair of non-conductive parts 5 facing each other, both ends of each non-conductive part 5 practically corresponding to the respective end parts of the band electrodes 4 facing each other, and the center of each non-conductive part bending to protrude to the top face.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
