PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified polyolefin resin having good solution properties and heat resistance.;SOLUTION: A modified polyolefin is a graft-modified product of component (C) of a polyolefin resin which contains component (A) of a polyolefin resin having a melting point by a differential scan calorimeter of 120-170°C and a melt flow rate measured on conditions of a measurement temperature of 180°C and a measurement load of 2.16 kg of 50-2,000 g/10 min, and component (B) of a polyolefin resin of which a melting point by the differential scan calorimeter is lower than 120°C or the melting point is not observed with component (D) of α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative and component (E) of (meth)acrylate.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
