The present invention specifies a position and acquires microscope observation image data, classifies the image data into tissue types using AI and reconstructs the classification result into lesion sites, and thereby assists in diagnosis. A pathological diagnosis assisting method is provided, with which it is made possible to provide assistance technology for performing a pathological diagnosis efficiently with good accuracy by the HE staining that is normally used by pathologists. Furthermore, a pathological diagnosis assisting system, a pathological diagnosis assisting program and a prelearned model are provided.
