A conductive thermosetting adhesive composition comprising a modified polyester resin containing a carboxyl group, a first epoxy resin for crosslinking with the polyester resin, a conductive metal powder, and an antioxidant, further comprising a second epoxy resin for adhesion promotion, The second epoxy resin for adhesion promotion has a lower softening point than the first epoxy resin, and a conductive thermosetting adhesive composition comprising 3% by weight or less based on the total weight of the composition, a conductive thermosetting adhesive film including the same, and a method for manufacturing the same is initiated. According to the conductive thermosetting adhesive composition and the conductive thermosetting adhesive film containing the same, it has excellent reliability (long-term stability), heat dissipation properties, moisture resistance, and adhesion, and especially, adhesiveness is improved, so that the workability in the bonding process is excellent.
