The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for guided driving based on roadside infrastructure. In a method of operating a roadside infrastructure for guided driving according to an embodiment of the present invention, (a) receiving first sensor information about the vehicle from a vehicle, and receiving the vehicle from a road-side sensor receiving second sensor information on the road condition of (b) calculating driving information for the vehicle based on first sensor information on the vehicle and second sensor information on the road condition; and (c) transmitting the calculated driving information to the vehicle.
