A method for constructing an order reduction model according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: sampling a first sample in a parameter space having an operating variable as a parameter; a first principal component analysis step of extracting a first principal component for the first sample; generating a second sample in an extended parameter space having the operation variable and at least a part of a constant value of the first principal component as parameters; and a second principal component analysis step of extracting a second principal component for the second sample.
