The present invention relates to a building energy reducing system using a building information modeling and a building energy reducing method using the same. The building energy reducing method and the building energy reducing system performing the same include: an equipment information transmitting step for receiving location information and direction information about a mobile communication terminal in a building and transmitting equipment information to the mobile communication terminal by extracting the equipment information which corresponds to the location information and the direction information in building information modeling (BIM) data which are possessed previously; an energy information acquiring step for receiving selected section information on the equipment information from the mobile communication terminal and collecting energy sensing data from an energy sensor which is arranged before and after a section; an energy loss determining step for calculating an energy measurement value based on the arranged location of the energy sensor, the distance of the section, and the energy sensing data and determining an energy loss generation by comparing the energy measurement value with an energy reference value about the section; and an energy loss information providing step for providing a result according to the energy loss determination for a user. The present invention like the forementioned is able to realize an energy saving by easily determining a loss on an energy flow and removing the energy loss even in a blind spot area which does not have the energy sensor in a building.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
