The present invention relates to a Hangul education system using English pronunciation symbols for foreign learners, comprising: a sensor unit for detecting a user's input; a consonant unit generating Hangul consonants corresponding to the consonants selected by the user through the sensor unit; a vowel unit generating a Hangul vowel corresponding to the vowel selected by the user through the sensor unit; a phonetic symbol unit for generating English phonetic symbols corresponding to Korean consonants and Korean vowels; a display unit for displaying Korean consonants, Korean vowels, and English phonetic symbols; and a control unit configured to display a Korean consonant and an English pronunciation symbol corresponding thereto on the display unit, and display a Korean vowel and an English pronunciation symbol corresponding thereto to be adjacent thereto.
