An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) landing control method and device, an unmanned aerial vehicle base station, and an unmanned aerial vehicle system. The method comprises: during a landing operation performed by a UAV (102), acquiring first posture information of the UAV (102), second posture information of a base, and third posture information of a landing platform (103), wherein the landing platform (103) is disposed on the base, and is used to receive the UAV (102) upon landing (step 201); determining target posture information of the landing platform (103) according to the first posture information, the second posture information, and the third posture information (step 202); and adjusting the posture of the landing platform (103) according to the target posture information, so as to enable the UAV (102) to land on the landing platform (103) (step 203). When the UAV (102) is performing a landing operation, the target posture information of the landing platform (103) is determined according to the first posture information, the second posture information, and the third posture information, and the posture of the landing platform (103) is then adjusted according to the target posture information, thereby enabling the UAV (102) to land on the landing platform (103) smoothly, and accordingly improving practicability.
