A bolster-less framed bogie suitable for a high-speed freight wagon, the bogie comprising a frame component (200), four sets of rotary arm-type axle box positioning apparatus (400) and two sets of wheel pair components (500). The frame component (200) comprises a pair of box-shaped side beams (210), two round steel crossbeams (220), two longitudinal connection beams (230) and a guiding pin component (240); both ends of each round steel crossbeam (220) are fixed on one box-shaped side beam (210) to form an H-type structure. The longitudinal connection beams (230) and the guiding pin component (240) are provided within a space enclosed by the pair of box-shaped side beams (210) and the two round steel crossbeams (220). The middle of each box-shaped side beam (210) is U-shaped, a two-series rubber pad mounting platform (214a) is provided at the concave part of the middle U-shaped section (214), and a two-series rubber pad spring (300) is provided on the two-series rubber pad mounting platform (214a). The top of the two-series rubber pad spring (300) is provided with a positioning convex seat (304) that matches a positioning hole on a wagon body. The guiding pin component (240) is located between the pair of box-shaped side beams (210), and first transverse damper mounting seats (241) are provided on both sides thereof; the two longitudinal connection beams (230) are each located on one side of the guiding pin component (240) and are each provided with a second transverse damper mounting seat (234); and each first transverse damper mounting seat (241) is connected to one second transverse damper mounting seat (234) by means of a transverse hydraulic damper (130). A first traction rod seat (242) is provided at the lower portion of the guiding pin component (240), a second traction rod seat (223) is provided at the lower portion of one of the round steel crossbeams (220), and a traction rod component (120) is provided between the first traction rod seat (242) and the second traction rod seat (223). An anti-serpentine damper (110) is provided at the outer side of the frame component (200). The end portions of the pair of box-shaped side beams (210) are connected to the two sets of wheel pair components (500) by means of the four sets of rotary arm-type axle box positioning apparatus (400). Multiple sets of disk-shaped braking apparatus (600) are provided between each round steel crossbeam (220) and an axle (501) of each set of wheel pair components (500). The described bogie may meet the requirements of a moving speed of 200 km/h for a freight wagon.
