This is a compact device in the 2-in-1 format for the ecological production of green energy over the course of time, based on photovoltaic (PV) and wind-power technology. It converts and automatically switches over from a photovoltaic production mode to a wind-powered production mode and vice versa according to the weather conditions. The device is made up of a main element, namely a flexible photovoltaic panel manipulated by a bending mechanism allowing two profiles: • a planar and expansive rectangular shape for collecting the maximum amount of solar radiation when the amount of sunlight is more dominant and for producing clean electricity in PV mode; • this shape can be converted into two half-cylinders to adopt the shape of a Savonius wind turbine when the amount of wind is more dominant and thus continue to produce electricity in wind turbine mode. This device is controlled by an on-board electronics and artificial intelligence system, making its operation autonomous. The invention also relates to a renewable energy bi-converter system for improving electricity production. More specifically, the invention relates to a convertible 2-in-1 device for the hybrid ecological production of green energy over the course of time.
