To provide a salary determination device, a salary determination method, and a computer program capable of more easily and rationally defining a salary increase amount and a salary amount.SOLUTION: A salary determination device for determining a salary amount to be paid, comprises: an input reception part which receives input of an evaluation value for each receiver by predetermined division; a history acquisition part which acquires a salary payment history in the past; a calculation part which calculates a salary increase amount based on a salary increase budget and the salary payment history; and an image generation part which generates data of a salary image displaying the salary amount of each receiver based on the salary increase amount calculated by the calculation part and the evaluation value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
