PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a salary amount determination support device which is suitable for supporting a manager of an enterprise (especially, small-to-medium-sized and minute enterprise) to determine an amount of a salary of each employee as management determination.;SOLUTION: A salary amount determination support device 3, for supporting a manager in determining an amount of a salary of each employee, presents a proposed salary for a specific employee by summing at least an age related payment and an experience related payment, which correspond to an age and experience period of the specific employee and a grading of allowance items to be applied, and a job related payment in accordance with a standard age related payment and a standard experience related payment respectively stored in a standard age related payment storage unit 45 and a standard experience related payment storage unit 47 and an amount of standard allowance items and grading stored in a standard allowance storage unit 49. The manager gives an incentive to the employee by appropriately setting the amount of the allowance items and grading corresponding to job content, and makes a basic salary (the age related payment and experience related payment) to function as a safety net of a company.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
