To provide a salary target determination support system, etc. for facilitating achievement of both salary satisfying an employee and a sound management.SOLUTION: A salary target determination support system that supports target determination of salary to be paid to an employee includes: a 1-1 field for receiving 1-1 salary as a candidate of a salary target of the employee in a first period; a 1-2 field as an input field different from the 1-1 field, for receiving 1-2 salary as a candidate of a salary target of the employee in the first period; a calculation unit that calculates a 1-1 achievement result as an achievement result expected based on the 1-1 salary and a 1-2 achievement result as an achievement result expected based on the 1-2 salary; and a display unit that displays the 1-1 achievement result and the 1-2 achievement result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
