A slide-resistant pile-transparent soil slope system test apparatus and deformation measurement method based on PIV and close-range photography technology, relating to the technical field of geotechnical engineering, and comprising an optical vibration isolation system, a model system, a loading system, a traditional measurement system, a PIV measurement system, and a close-range photography measurement system. The model system and the loading system are arranged above the optical vibration isolation system; the PIV measurement system is arranged on the side of the model system, and is used for measuring the internal displacement and deformation of the model; and the close-range photography measurement system is set up on the upper part of the model system, and is used for measuring the three-dimensional spatial displacement and deformation of an external slope of the model. By means of measuring the slice displacement and deformation field of any internal position and the spatial displacement field of the external slope, the present invention obtains a three-dimensional spatial deformation and displacement field of a slide-resistant pile-slope system, and can implement all types of pile-soil system test research; the measurement effects are better than traditional displacement meters, and measurement of the displacement of slope feature points can be implemented using just the combination of a close-range non-measurement camera and a scale.
