Provides a novel means for treating proliferative diseases. A pharmaceutical composition comprising, for example, a polynucleotide comprising a nucleotide sequence of at least one guide RNA that binds to at least one target gene involved in the proliferative disease, and a polynucleotide comprising (b) a base sequence encoding the CAS protein.
