To solve the problem concerning protection of personal information etc. that a seat of a customer who enters an order from an operation terminal needs to be specified when the customer self-orders food or drink.SOLUTION: An order management system provided with an operation terminal for a customer to enter an order for food and drink includes: a direction detection part for detecting a direction where a display surface of the operation terminal is facing when the customer enter an order; and an order seat specifying part for specifying a seat of the customer who enters the order based on direction information indicating a direction detected by the direction detection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
