PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing an outsert molded article capable of producing a high quality outsert molded article.;SOLUTION: A method of producing an outsert molded article includes a step of injecting resin in a sandwich state to a part of a metal component formed with V-grooves on an upper face thereof and a step of integrally molding the metal component and the resin. The V-grooves are formed on the upper face of the metal component and outside a molding area of a resin molded portion where the resin is injected; the metal component is positioned and mounted to a fixed side mold; in a mold tightening process where the mounted metal component is pressed by a movable side mold, position fixing members formed in the movable side mold corresponding to the V-grooves are engaged with the V-grooves; and the metal component is fixed to the fixed side mold in an urging manner.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
