PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deterioration measuring device, a deterioration measuring system, a deterioration measuring method, a known color body used for the same, and a program that can check a position for deriving the degree of change of an object.SOLUTION: A change degree deriving device 20 comprises: position checking means for checking the position at which an object is imaged and acceptance means that accepts an image obtained by imaging the object together with a known color body 10 including a plurality of color samples 14 in which the numerical values of the colors are known; conversion rule creation means that creates a conversion rule for converting the color of the object into a numeric value in a color space independent of an instrument from the color samples included in the image accepted by the acceptance means; and conversion means that converts the color of the object included in the image accepted by the acceptance means into a numeric value in the color space independent of an instrument according to the conversion rule created by the conversion rule creation means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
