PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deterioration measuring device, a deterioration measuring system, a deterioration measuring method, a known color body used for the same, and a program that can accurately measure the degree of deterioration of an object compared with a case where a plurality of color samples are simply arranged.SOLUTION: A change degree deriving device comprises: acceptance means that accepts an image obtained by imaging an object 12 together with a known color body 10 including a plurality of color samples 14 in which the numerical values of the colors are known; conversion rule creation means that creates a conversion rule for converting the color of the object into a numeric value in a color space independent of an instrument from the color samples 14 included in the image accepted by the acceptance means; and conversion means that converts the color of the object included in the image accepted by the acceptance means into a numeric value in the color space independent of an instrument according to the conversion rule created by the conversion rule creation means.
