In connection with a soft actuator, a soft actuator assembly comprising a soft actuator, and a wearable robot comprising a soft actuator or a soft actuator assembly, the soft actuator comprises a first spring bundle, a first conductive pad, and a second conductive pad. The first spring bundle is disposed to be able to switch between a contracted state and a relaxed state according to a temperature change, and comprises multiple microwires. The first conductive pad comprises a first connecting portion electrically connected to one end of the first spring bundle. The second conductive pad comprises a second connecting portion such that same is electrically connected to the other end of the first spring bundle. In this case, the first connecting portion retains the connection between the first conductive pad and the first spring bundle, and the second connecting portion retains the connection between the second conductive pad and the second spring bundle.
