The invention relates to sustainable building and more particularly to the design of structural heat-exchanger roofing panels for straight and sloping roofs and facades of buildings having integrated or no photocells. The aim of the proposed invention is a method for manufacturing glazed (coated) structural heat-exchanger roofing panels with integrated photocells for straight and sloping roofs and facades of buildings, having the requisite rigidity, and producing coated (glazed) airborne PVT and T panels that can withstand heavy loads and more particularly the weight of people and materials as roofs and facades are covered with same, as well as reducing the construction costs of airborne PVT and T panels. Maximum increase in the light transmission of the glazing, i.e. an increase in the electrical and thermal efficiency of the PVT panels, is due to the strength characteristics.
