Endoplasmic reticulum stress retardants for mouse myopia guidance and myopia prevention and suppression

Problem to be solved: to analyze the process of myopia by using the mouse myopia guidance model, and to obtain the drug which suppresses myopia by searching for the drug for myopia based on the knowledge obtained.A negative lens which can adjust the angle and width according to the growth of the mouse and the protector are attached to the young mouse, and a model similar to the human myopia can be produced.This model analysis revealed that endoplasmic reticulum stress was induced by myopia and myopia was induced by endoplasmic reticulum stress.In addition, it was found that phenylbutyric acid and tauroursodeoxycholic acid act as myopia prevention and depressant.Diagram
