Endoplasmic reticulum stress and oxidative stress in the development of high-altitude pulmonary edema

         

摘要

To investigate the endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress in the development of high-altitude pulmonary edema(HAPE)and the relationship of oxidative stress and ER stress.In this study,the SD rats were exposed to the altitude of 4200 m for 0 d and 28 d.Compareded with 0 d group,the rats of 28 d group massive changes were founded in morphology of lung tissue,oxidative stress,apoptosis and ER stress.The results of light microscopy indicated that the lung tissue was severely damaged,with a large number of inflammatory cells and red blood cells diffused.The results of electron microscopy showed that lung tissue capillary basement membrane thickening,alveolar septum capillary increased greatly.SOD,GSH-Px activity was significantly decreased and MAD was in a higher level.
