To provide a user interface for generation of an event and participation in an event.SOLUTION: An event management system comprises: an API database storing an event execution management API and a resource management API; an event database storing an event execution program and log data; an API registration processing unit; an event generation processing unit; an event registration processing unit; a communication processing unit. An event generating person describes an operation of an object multilayered by modules of the event execution program in a scenario attaching to each module. Modules have an expectation time element by an internal logic. The event generation processing unit further includes an expectation time computation processing unit, and determines appropriateness of the scenario on the basis of a result of calculation by the expectation time computation processing unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 64
