Disclosed are a method for performing a multi-agent collaboration task using an Agent Decentralized Organization (ADO) in a multi-agent environment, and a collaboration device using the same. The method for performing a multi-agent collaboration task according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises configuring the agent organization to include a plurality of collaboration agents associated with a collaboration task defined as a set of collaboration policies derived as a result of training, whereby the collaboration task transfer to the real world environment; and executing a task in each collaboration agent constituting the agent organization according to the collaboration policy.
