The present invention relates to a friction stir welding tool capable of accelerating the plastic fluidity of the stirring part in the friction stir welding process and capable of adjusting the probe length and shoulder groove depth so that it can be quickly corrected and replaced according to the wear of the probe and shoulder. As such, at the center of the upper locking member, a support shaft made of a material with low heat conduction to prevent heat conduction between the probe and the shank is coupled with the shank, and the central probe and the in/out shoulder are respectively provided at the lower portion of the upper locking member. The lower locking member is fastened and fixed to the lower part of the upper locking member so that the probe and the in/out shoulder do not separate, and the lower locking member has a washer and a locking nut on the lower part so that the lower locking member does not relax when the tool rotates.
