Disclosed is a CPU mounting and fixing reinforcing module. The module comprises a PCB, a CPU insertion slot, a CPU mounted in the CPU insertion slot, a mounting lining plate arranged on a surface of the PCB and distributed around the CPU insertion slot, a mounting back plate arranged on the back surface of the PCB, and a radiator housing mounted on a surface of the mounting lining plate and pressed against a surface of the CPU. An elastic plate capable of deforming in a vertical direction is arranged on the surface of the mounting lining plate, two ends of the elastic plate are both connected to the mounting lining plate by means of first connection members, and the mounting lining plate and the mounting back plate are tightened towards each other by means of the first connection members; a second connection member is arranged on the elastic plate, and the radiator housing is provided with a pre-tightening adjusting member, which matches the second connection member and is used for enabling the elastic plate to generate elastic deformation so as to tighten the radiator housing. By means of the present invention, the structure of a CPU mounting module can be simplified, disassembly and assembly efficiency can be improved, a pressing force on a CPU can be enhanced, and the heat dissipation performance and good physical contact can be ensured. Further disclosed are a mainboard and a server, and the beneficial effects thereof are as mentioned above.
