Oscillation amplitudes of the extreme points of the working body are measured. An additional external disturbance is introduced. The relationship between force effects is changed by means of a oscillation regulator. The oscillation regulator is moved along the working body with the possibility of creating a mode of joint movement of the extreme points. The device contains a working body resting on the supporting elastic elements. Dynamic state sensors are located at the edges of the working body. The oscillation regulator is made in the form of a pneumatic cylinder.
