In an advertisement campaign authenticity index calculation method by an advertisement campaign authenticity index calculation server according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method comprising: receiving advertisement campaign viewing information posted on SNS (Social Network Service) from an influencer terminal; calculating the number of interests and the number of comments of the advertisement campaign by using the received reading information; applying a first weight to the calculated number of interests and a second weight to the number of comments; calculating an advertisement campaign response index by adding the number of interests to which the first weight is applied and the number of comments to which the second weight is applied; calculating the average number of interests and the average number of comments of the posts posted on the SNS of the influencer and summing them to calculate the average reaction index of the posts of the influencer; calculating the authenticity index of the advertisement campaign by dividing the advertisement campaign response index by the average response index; and transmitting the calculated advertising campaign authenticity index to the advertising campaign organizer terminal, to provide a method for calculating the advertising campaign authenticity index.
