PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prostate cancer bone microenvironment model which can be cultured for a long period of time and is closer to a situation in a living body. SOLUTION: (A) Step of seeding bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells on a cell culture substrate; (B) A step of culturing bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells seeded in step (A) in the presence of an osteoblast differentiation inducer to differentiate into osteoblasts; (C) A step of adding prostate cancer cells to the osteoblasts differentiated in step (B) and co-culturing the osteoblasts and the prostate cancer cells; (A) to (C) are sequentially performed to prepare a prostate cancer bone microenvironment model.
