Systems, methods and programs for estimating tire price tear residual cornering force

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method and a program for estimating PRCF obtained by a second testing machine based on a measured value obtained by the first testing machine. A system 1 includes an acquisition unit 11 and an estimation unit 12. The acquisition unit 11 acquires the measured values of the Pricetea Cornering Force PS, Cornering Stiffness CS, Pricetea Aligning Torque AP, and Aligning Torque Stiffness ATS of the test tire by the first testing machine. The estimation unit 12 uses the angle difference Dc between the testers for the slip angle at which the cornering force becomes zero and the angle difference Ds between the testers at the slip angle at which the self-aligning torque becomes zero.
