Dual-mode UPS Nanoprobes for Imaging Tumor Acidosis

The present disclosure relates to polymers comprising metal chelate groups as well as hydrophobic and hydrophilic segments that are sensitive to pH. In some aspects, the metal chelate group is chelated with a metal ion capable of positron emission. In some aspects, the polymer forms micelles that are sensitive to pH, resulting in a change in fluorescence based on a particular pH. In some aspects, the present disclosure also provides methods of using polymers for drug delivery or imaging of cells or the extracellular environment.
