A robotic forming flexible production line and forming method for pulp molded products. The technical defects in the prior art that pulp cleaning is easily stayed on a pulp suction mold, and the like are solved. A robotic forming flexible production line for pulp molded products comprises a pulp pool (10), a mechanical arm I (20), and a cold extrusion molding system (30). A pulp suction mold (200) is mounted on the mechanical arm I (20), and the pulp suction mold (200) enters the pulp pool (10) to suction pulp and is driven by the mechanical arm I (20) to enter the cold extrusion molding system (30). The robotic forming flexible production line for the pulp molded products further comprises an upper cleaning device (40) and a lower cleaning device (50) located below the upper cleaning device (40), the pulp suction mold (200) passing between the upper cleaning device (40) and the lower cleaning device (50); a mechanical arm II (70), an adsorption mold (700) being mounted on the mechanical arm II (70); and a hot press forming system (80). The mechanical arm II (70) drives the adsorption mold (700) to obtain and release a cold extruded wet blank formed by means of cold extrusion by the cold extrusion forming system (30) to a hot press forming system (80). The advantage of the robotic forming flexible production line lies in thorough cleaning.
