The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for a long-lasting shine, and to a cosmetic composition that includes a high refractive oil and improves a tight feeling of use and at the same time improves the lasting power of the skin. The water-in-oil cosmetic composition of the present invention has less tightness on the skin due to the high refractive oil, and has remarkably excellent initial glossiness and gloss persistence.
