As the technical idea of the present invention, disclosed is an apparatus for manufacturing a customized snoring and sleep apnea prevention device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus comprises: an articulator that simulates jaw joint movement and has an occlusal plane where the upper jaw and lower jaw interlock; and a CAD that simulates the jaw joint movement of a user using a 3D-modeled articulator with 3D modeling data of the articulator to manufacture a mouthpiece that fits the user, wherein the articulator comprises at least one of a condylar articulator, a cervical articulator, or a cervical-like articulator.
