To provide a battery information processing device and a battery information processing method capable of providing information for selecting a proper cell for exchange by taking a temperature variation between cells into account.SOLUTION: When temperature Tedge of a cell at the end of a battery pack is higher than temperature Tcen of a cell at the central part of the pack (YES in S150), a management server 20 generates rebuild information for performing rebuild of the battery pack (S160) so as to arrange at the end part of the pack, a cell being more difficult to deteriorate than a cell arranged at the central part of the pack.
