The present invention can cause genetic mutations due to ionizing radiation when the ovary is exposed to X-rays during a pelvis, abdomen, and lumbar spine examination using radiation. The purpose is to solve this problem because it may cause the risk of developing a tumor. In actual clinical practice, it is difficult to find the location of the ovaries in order to shield the ovaries when examining the pelvis of an adult female, and it is not easy to shield the ovaries because the location of the ovaries is widespread. Anatomical areas may not be visible in the image. For this reason, the patient may be irradiated with more radiation due to repeated examinations. To solve this problem, a shadow shielding method is used to more easily shield the ovary from radiation. Shadow shielding is a method of finding a part to be shielded by using the shadow of the shielding body without directly placing the shielding body on the body part. Then, several layers of 0.3 mm thin lead shields were attached, attached to the acrylic plate, and then the acrylic plate was inserted into the filter assembly of the x-ray tube to shield the ovary. When this method is used, the ovary can be effectively shielded.
