The coastal cleaning robot includes a main body, a ballast propulsion member, a power member, and a garbage storage unit. The main body has a frame shape, has a center opening, and a space is formed therein. The ballast propulsion member is disposed on both sides of the main body, has a cylindrical shape of a streamlined shape in the front and rear direction around a rotation axis, and a ballast body having a ballast space formed therein, and protruding in a screw shape on the outer surface of the ballast body. The propulsion protrusion includes a ballast control unit disposed in front or rear of the ballast body to inject air or seawater into the ballast space through an inlet to apply force in the front-rear direction or vertical direction. The power member is coupled to the main body and supplies power to the ballast propulsion member so that the force is applied in the front-rear direction or the vertical direction. The garbage storage part has a box shape coupled to the main body and an open front part.
